3. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
By booking a session or enrolling in a course, you confirm that:
Participation is voluntary
You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual responses
Results vary and no guarantees are made
Energy work may bring emotional release, insight, or energetic shifts. You agree to take full responsibility for your experience and integration.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full prior to receiving services or accessing digital content.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the energetic and digital nature of our offerings:
1:1 Sessions
No refunds for completed sessions.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Courses, Programs & Digital Content
All sales are final once access is granted.
No refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Group Circles & Live Events
No refunds once the event has occurred.
Replays may be provided when available, but access is not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on chakra-aligned.com — including videos, meditations, written content, branding, and course materials — are the intellectual property of The Collective Consulting LLC.
You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission.
Purchasing an offering grants personal, non-transferable access only.
