All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except in exceptional cases, and only at my discretion. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.
